As in Hai-ku, Ku Cake is all about the simplicity and the seasonality. The less is more and certainly the better: just basic, no fuss, made at home. I select most of my baking and cooking ingredients at the Farmers markets. The featured goodies are available year-round for delivery within the New York city limits.
